Installation Technician - Pleasanton, California

PickPoint, located in Pleasanton, CA, is currently seeking an experienced Installation Tech to join its Pharmacy Technology Solutions organization. The Installation Tech is responsible for building, installing, servicing, moving, and expanding company products at customer locations. Other responsibilities include on-call assignments, repair and service computer hardware and software. Requirements include excellent computer skills; ability to troubleshoot and repair customer hardware and software; the ability to travel frequently; and the ability to work and solve problems independently and without supervision. Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or work related equivalent. One year experience in troubleshooting or hardware repair experience.

Call Center Representative - Amarillo, Texas

MaxorPlus, an affiliate of Maxor National Pharmacy Services, is experiencing a growth of new business, so we’re looking for a Call Center Reps to add to our already great customer service team within our Corporate Office in downtown Amarillo. Responsibilities include assisting members, physician offices, and/or pharmacies dealing with a wide variety of pharmacy-related issues. 12pm-9pm, M-F along with alternating weekends. Requirements include a great attitude, great phone skills, the ability to work in a sometimes demanding environment with a wide variety of customers, and Microsoft Office skills. Prior Call Center experience required.

Outpatient Pharmacy Directory - Miami, Florida

Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation is seeking an Outpatient Pharmacy Director for its management contract with Jackson Health System. Operations include a high volume central fill pharmacy, call center and multiple hospital based retail/outpatient pharmacies. Responsible for all operational aspects of the outpatient pharmacy, including but not limited to pharmacoeconomic evaluation of medication use, budgetary oversight of the department, personnel management at multiple pharmacy locations, and ensuring exemplary customer service and patient care.

B.S. in Pharmacy and/or PharmD. degree and current FL pharmacist license required with advanced degree in business or health care management preferred. Prior experience in managing a large pharmacy operation is required. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical, financial, and analytical skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsible for operational aspects of the pharmacy departments, including but not limited to medication use, development of guidelines and protocols to direct appropriate prescribing, participation in the P&T Committee, budgetary oversight of the department, personnel management, developing innovative pharmacy programs and ensuring positive customer service.

Pharmacist-in-Charge - Jackson, Michigan

An exceptional Pharmacist-in-Charge is needed to manage the day to day operations within a correction facility pharmacy located in Jackson, MI. This position is responsible for directing and coordinating all pharmacy activities, including clinical services, performance improvement, dispensing, and the purchasing, receipt and storage of pharmaceuticals. Collaborates with upper level management in order to ensure the deliverance of high quality pharmacy services and safe, effective, and appropriate medication treatment. There is minimal inmate contact; no evenings or weekends, insurance claims or patient complaints. MI Pharmacist license along with prior management and operations experience required.

Database Administrator - Cool Springs, Tennessee

Maxor Correctional Pharmacy Services located in the Cool Springs area, has an immediate opening for an experienced Database Administrator. Main responsibilities include managing and maintaining Microsoft SQL-Server 2000/2005 databases. Duties include data backup/recovery, database and security upgrades/patches, management of database resources, performance/tuning, and security administration, and stored procedure development.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field, at least 3 years of Microsoft SQL-Server Database (2000, 2005, 2008) experience, more years preferred. Other skills include SQL scripting, DTS/SSIS, and development of stored procedures. Hours are M-F; 8am-5pm.
